Broken appointments will be charged a half fee upon the first offence and a full fee on any after.
To avoid a broken appointment fee please call to cancel or rescheduled your appointment within 24 hours. Appointments canceled in less than 24 hours will be charged a broken appointment fee.
If you wish to submit your claim to insurance you will be able to download a Superbill, complete with your counselor's license information, National Provider ID, Tax ID, billing codes, signature, and payment. You will need to submit this to your insurance for reimbursement for services. Clients are responsible to know and understand their out of network benefits.
Virtual appointments will take place through the client portal. Make sure you have a strong internet connection. Make sure your computer is up to date and that you utilize the test session feature prior to your appointment.
